This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the standards for acceptable use of linkable, a service provided by Andes Dev LLC ("we", "our", or "linkable") through the linkable SaaS platform. By using linkable, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use linkable to:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
• Distribute content infringing upon intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
• Conduct phishing schemes, malware distribution, spyware dissemination, or any activity intended to harm others.
• Share offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or hate-inciting content.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in unsolicited marketing.
• Distribute violent content or content promoting illegal acts.

2. Restricted Content You agree not to use linkable to link to or redirect to content involving:

• Firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances without appropriate authorization.
• Unauthorized or illegal gambling activities.
• Explicit sexual content, pornography, or sexual exploitation.
• Terrorism, extremism, or the promotion of violence.

3. User Responsibilities You are responsible for ensuring your use of linkable complies with all applicable laws and regulations within your jurisdiction and wherever you operate.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement Andes Dev LLC reserves the right to monitor, audit, or review your usage to ensure compliance with this AUP. We reserve the right to disable or remove any link or terminate any account found violating this policy without prior notice.

5. Reporting Violations If you detect any violation of this policy, please immediately report it to compliance@linkable.id.

6. Modifications Andes Dev LLC may update or modify this policy at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review this policy to stay informed of any changes.

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to linkable services and may also lead to legal actions.
